About Solace

Solace is a coffee roastery started by three long-time coffee enthusiasts — gone off the deep end of coffee so to speak. The Solace roastery is an amalgamation of our years of experience, insights and qualms with the world of high-end coffee.

We think that the high end coffee industry as a whole strays far from good coffee when exploring — rather chasing — trends. While experimentation is valuable and a large part of the fun of this industry and hobby, we are finding it incredibly difficult to find "just great coffee". We aspire to make buying high-end coffee easy, and risk-free.

Solace aims to provide a comfortable backdrop against industry trends. We want to look at trends, such as experimental coffee processing and roasting techniques, through a foundational principle of good, comfortable taste. We focus on provided a highly curated experience of exquisite coffees — critically selecting green coffees and meticulously roasting them.
